Help and student support

We are committed to helping our student maximise the benefits of the Mathemagic Computer Tutor and Phonica educational software. We have a dedicated department focused on helping students who are struggling to use the software. By becoming regular users, students achieve the best results possible in their maths, reading and literacy skills.

Who is David?

David began his career in the IT field working in the IT department of Melbourne's largest private hospital. After 11 years he looked for something different and found a role in the children's entertainment industry.

His role at Advanced Education Resources began as a software installer and consultant, before taking charge of the help department. His role is to assist families in any way possible. When children think they can't do maths, David takes pride in helping them discover they can!

Tutor support operates Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 10.30pm, with specialist mathematics tutors available to help kids through any maths problems.
