Is there support for my child if they are having a problem?
Yes. There is a tutor line available. This is a free call from a landline phone and is available five nights a week Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 10.30pm, 50 weeks of the year (based on NSW EST).


Is there training for the program?
Yes. When the program is installed, full training is provided.


What do I do if I have a problem with my program?
Call Technical Support on the free call number provided from Monday to Friday evenings, between 4:30pm and 8:30pm.


How soon can I have the program installed?
Within two weeks of purchase.


Is the program suitable for children with learning disabilities?
Yes. In most cases if the children can use a computer, however this will be established at your free presentation and hands-on session.


Is the program applicable for gifted and talented children?
Yes, it allows them to go ahead at their own pace by choosing randomly generated questions and in many cases they can challenge themselves against the clock to increase their speed of thought.


Is the program available in schools?
Yes. It is available in certain schools.


How do I get more information?
An Education Advisor will come and present the program to you in your home. This is at no cost and you are under no obligation to purchase any part of the program. Your children will be given the opportunity to have hands-on use of the program. Request your Complimentary Education Gift-Pack*.


How can I enrol in the program?
A consultant will come and present the program to you in your home. A short quiz will be conducted with the children involved and the correct program or programs will be recommended. Request your Complimentary Education Gift-Pack*.


How much will it cost?
All children are different and your enrolment will depend on the program or programs that are recommended and that you select to enrol your children in. Request your Complimentary Education Gift-Pack*.


What happens if my child does not use the program?
You need to encourage your child to begin to use the program just as you would encourage them to attend school each day. In most cases we have found that the more the child uses the program, the more they want to use it because they can see themselves how much they have improved. We recommend between 15 and 20 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week to achieve the optimum outcome.


What do I do if there is a problem with the software?
We have a Technical Support team available via phone support five nights a week Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 8.30pm.


Is the program upgradeable?
Yes, the program is upgraded based on subject matter changes or system updates.
